Dropped off a ton of laundry that needed to be washed and folded in two days. The clothing was very clean and done a day early. Excellent customer service. My experience at Spin City has been an overwhelmingly positive one. I am consistently impressed with how lovely the staff is and how wonderfully convenient the drop-off service is. Both George and Sian seem to find new ways of surprising me with their kindness and the quality and timeliness of their work. I really like the materials they use, too: they never irritate my skin and are very mildly fragrant which is perfect for me. Whether you are looking for a place to do your laundry or to have your laundry done, this is without hesitation my recommendation! Best laundromat in Kelowna!!! Awesome place! User-friendly staff and they even offer a wash-dry-fold service for the same price, if you are in a time crunch! Totally recommend this place. Cleanest, most friendly and professional laundromat I have ever been to. The machines are all very well taken care of, the folding tables are clean and a perfect height. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. This place has everything you need at fair prices and for a a clean pleasant experience. LOVE SPIN CITY! Went first time to laundromat, staff were extremely helpful and made the experience an absolute breeze. Went in with bedding and was the easiest time I've had washing bedding due to their large machine availability. Place was also extremely clean improving the friendly environment. Highly recommend. |
Very clean! Great service! No machines for detergent, just a real, live human being with various kinds of detergent! I am sensitive to scented detergents and they had unscented available! This was awesome since I am on vacation and didn't want to have to buy detergent and lug it around. They even have a drop off laundry and dry cleaning service available. Very nice people, average prices. Lots of real plants, a bookcase full of books, a small play area for the kids, and real plants atop the washers add to the welcome, friendly atmosphere! Great Service! Stopped in with 75lb of camping laundry. Washed and folded same day while we enjoyed the lake. Very clean and professional!" Very clean laundromat. The owners actually work here, so they have a vested interest in keeping the machines in great condition. The owners are very friendly. I use their bachelor service twice a month and have always had wonderful service. Their turn-around time is usually same day if I bring my laundry in early. I highly recommend this laundromat. Excellent service! I got the wash, dry and fold service. Everything came back smelling like clean linen, neatly folded and all packed in a recyclable bag. Perfectly done, quickly and reasonably priced! I was curious why a laundromat had 84 five star reviews. There were closer places to me, but I drove here instead to see what all the stars we're about. Now I know why. Great place, friendly and efficient customer service and offerings. |
This is the most amazing laundromat I have ever been to. We don’t mind when our washer or dryer break down or when we need to do a laundry catch up cause this place is wonderful. Don't waste your time elsewhere. My girlfriend went to Spin City Laundromat today, to wash some blankets because her family is coming from Fort Mac. She paid for it, and when she was leaving her and the lady working there started talking about the fires. When my girlfriend went to pick up the blankets, the owner gave her back what it cost to wash the blankets, also she gave her $50 in an envelope to buy a few extra things for her family while they are here, like juice, bathroom tissue and essentials. She went back in and said she couldn't take it, and the lady cried saying she just wanted to help. What an amazing person. So nice to see so much thoughtfulness and generosity country wide!!! 👍🍁 Went to Spin City today to wash a comforter. Very large capacity machines available, clean, easy to use. Helpful staff, aswell, that are easy to flag down. 100% recommend. Having used other laundromats in Kelowna that were just horrible in cleanliness and customer service, this was a breath of fresh air! Exceptional service!! I'd been using another laundry service in town for the past 11 yrs, and they had let their service turn to rubbish. From the first time I called Spin City, I've been so impressed with how accommodating they have been. Very Happy Customer here |
