1. Do you have oversized machines?

Yes, the maxi loaders are great for large loads - duvets/comforters, or anything oversized.

2. How do I know which machine to use, and how to use it?

We are staffed full time by experienced laundry technicians who will be happy to advise you on the appropriate machine and how to use it.

3. I forgot my laundry detergent! Do you sell some?

Yes, powder, pods or liquid. We also sell other laundry products such as: Oxi, Bleach,  Softener, Bounce  and a variety of bags. We also have sensitive laundry detergents.

4. Do you have change? 

Yes, we carry quarters and loonies. Cash-back is available through Debit/Visa/MasterCard.

5. How long does a wash cycle take?

23 minutes.

6. Do you have a bachelor service available?

Yes, we do - “Wash, Dry, Fold”. Clothes, towels, and sheets are priced at $2.00/lb with a minimum charge of $20 + tax (10lbs of laundry).  Other items are priced individually. Same-day service is usually available if brought in before 10am.  We can Collect & Deliver to make your life easier

7. Other than the bachelor service, what are other services that you offer?

Delivery & Collection Service
​Laundry transfer, you start the wash  and we'll transfer your laundry to the dryer, for a small fee. 
We offer an ironing service for shirts.

8. What don't you wash?​

Oily/greasy items (coveralls etc), excessively hairy items (pet beds) and horse blankets. 

9. How long would a normal load take to wash and dry?

Approximately 1 hour – 23 minutes to wash and 32 minutes to dry.

10. Do you have a dry-cleaning service?

Yes, we are a drop-off point for a local independent Dry Cleaners. They pick up/drop off every Monday pm, Wednesday pm and Friday pm

11. Where are you located?

We are at 10-605 K.L.O Road, Mission Park Mall (Urban Fare, Pharmasave etc) overlooking Richter near TD.   We are easily accessible and free 2 hour parking is avaliable.

12. Can I wait in the laundromat for my laundry to finish?

 There are limited seating areas inside but also chairs outside.

13. When does the last wash go in?

The last wash goes in 1.15 hour before closing – ensuring enough time to wash and dry.
